The Company of Animals Whizzclick combines two of the most popular dog training tools; a clicker and a whistle.
Shipping rates. Standard shipping charges, as they appear in the shopping cart or on our shipping calculator, are based upon total order weight. Earth Doggy shipping rates are calculated based upon costs of shipping within the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.)
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Orders to addresses outside of the U.S. contiguous states (a.k.a. "Lower 48") may require a shipping supplement. Please place your order and we will contact you with an estimate of any additional shipping costs. You will have the right to decline the additional shipping and cancel the order without penalty.
Multiple items. Many of our products ship directly to you from our suppliers. This allows us to offer you the greatest possible variety of merchandise. It also allows us to minimize the carbon "paw print" of the goods you order. However, this means that if you order multiple products, they may arrive in multiple packages received at different times. We will make our best effort to send you tracking information for each package as it becomes available.
Free shipping offers.When we sell an item with "free shipping," we are subsidizing your shipping at our expense. If you return merchandise for which you have been given free shipping, we will subtract our usual shipping cost from any refund we issue.
Back-orders. Despite our best efforts to keep our website current, sometimes an item on the website may be temporarily unavailable or discontinued. We will notify you within two business days and provide an estimated ship date if available, along with alternate suggestions if appropriate. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order without penalty.
Expedited delivery. Expedited delivery is available for most items for an additional fee. Please call us at 214-621-7852 to inquire.
Order tracking. We will make our best effort to provide you with tracking information for each part of your order. Tracking information is provided via email as your package ships. If your order does not arrive, please call Earth Doggy Customer Service at 214-621-7852 as soon as possible and we will try to find out the reason for the delay.
Exchanges & Returns. Earth Doggy wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Earth Doggy at email@example.com or call us at 214-621-7852 to arrange for a return or an exchange of the item. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% to mitigate our losses if we are not at fault.
Earth Doggy does not sell items that are harmful or unhealthy for your pet. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any merchandise unless it is returned unused, undamaged, and with all its original tags and packaging.Spa or food products having an internal seal may not be refunded if the seal is broken, unless the item is spoiled or defective. Used or damaged returns will not be eligible for a refund.
If you receive your order in damaged condition, or if we send you the wrong item, Earth Doggy will replace the item at no additional cost.
All items must be returned in "unused and original condition" in their original packaging and with all hang tags still attached.
